Description :

Responsibilities :

• Establish and implement test methods for PCR Laboratory, including validation, measurement of uncertainty, QC control, modification, development as well as procurement of related chemicals, reagents, equipment and so forth required.
• Verify the information of the summary request in the online system is tally with the samples labeled.
• Ensure proper filing and keeping of quality and technical records for laboratory.
• Perform housekeeping and environmental monitoring in PCR laboratory.
• Performs nucleic acid testing in accordance to test methods established.
• Maintains and operates laboratory equipment in accordance with established instructions.
• Identify root cause of client's complaints.
• Ensure the quality of daily work and compliance to policies and of the quality system.
• Ensure the training and competence to the lab manager.
• Ensure safe laboratory practices as well as good housekeeping activities.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of equipment and facilities in the laboratory.

Requirements :

• Possess at least diploma (with experience) or bachelor degree (fresh graduate) in biochemistry / molecular biology / microbiology / chemistry or any related field.
