Jobscope
1. Team Supervision & Coordination
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house (FOH) staff (waiters, cashiers, hosts).
2. Customer Service
- Greet and engage with guests, ensuring excellent service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
3. Daily Operations
- Oversee restaurant opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the dining area.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
4. Inventory & Supplies
- Monitor stock levels of FOH items (napkins, condiments, POS supplies).
- Assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Prevent wastage and manage resource efficiency.
5. Cash Handling & Reporting
- Supervise POS system usage and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Ensure accuracy in billing and financial records.
- Prepare basic shift reports (sales, issues, staff attendance).
6. Training & Development
- Train new hires on service standards and restaurant protocols.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Assist in organizing briefings before service.
7. Compliance & Safety
- Enforce hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Ensure staff follow food safety practices.
- Report any hazards or incidents to management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
