As part of its continued growth, ABCC is strengthening its teams to support smooth office operations and efficient HR processes, ensuring an organized and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Administrative Support
· Provide day-to-day administrative support for Labuan office operations.
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence.
· Maintain proper filing and documentation (physical and electronic).
· Manage office supplies, pantry items, and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
· Ensure office facilities and equipment are properly maintained.
· Handle administrative forms, invoices, and basic record tracking.
HR Administrative Support
· Assist the HR Team in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and coordination.
· Prepare and process basic HR-related documents as instructed.
· Liaise with relevant government bodies and statutory authorities when required.
· Support administrative tasks and other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Team.
Requirements & Qualifications
· Diploma or above in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.
· No prior working experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage for communication with headquarters.
· Basic computer skills with familiarity in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Good organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
· Willing to learn, able to follow instructions, and work independently when required.
· Responsible, well-organized, and able to support daily office and HR administrative tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
