Responsibilities
- Perform daily administrative and office support tasks
- Maintain and update customer records, invoices, and company data
- Prepare documents such as quotations, invoices, and delivery orders
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally
- Organize and manage files, correspondence, and company documents
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as payments, receipts, and records
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and daily tasks
- Liaise with suppliers and related parties
- Support the team with operational and administrative duties
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by management
- Manage social media
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1+ years’ experience in related field. Fresh Graduate is also encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and office systems
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented
- Dedicated, discipline & responsible with a positive attitude.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines and work well under pressure especially in peak season.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Education:
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
