Jawatan Kosong Environmental Officer in Johor Bahru
Description :
- Monitor and enforce compliance with environmental regulations and permits related to construction activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify any potential environmental violations and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop mitigation strategies to minimize adverse effects on ecosystems, water bodies, air quality, and biodiversity.
- Prepare comprehensive environmental impact reports and documentation for regulatory agencies.
- Engage with local communities, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to provide information about the environmental aspects of earthwork construction projects.
- Develop and implement comprehensive environmental management plans for construction sites.
- Develop strategies to manage construction waste, promote recycling, and reduce resource consumption during construction activities.
- Monitor waste disposal practices and ensure proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Design erosion and sediment control measures to prevent soil erosion, sediment runoff, and water pollution during construction activities.
- Oversee the implementation of erosion control practices on construction sites.
- Any other assigned duties and responsibilities from time to time.
