Description :
As an Operations Executive at BIFORST LOGISTICS , you will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing our logistics operations. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient processes from order receipt to delivery, managing logistics personnel, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day logistics operations including order processing, inventory management, and shipping/receiving.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Continuously optimize logistics procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and train logistics team members to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and standards.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
