Position : General Clerk
Industry : Aircon Repair & Service Company
Location : Taman Rosmerah JB
Salary & Benefits :
- EPF Socso
- Basic salary of RM2000-2300
- Transport allowances RM200
- Full attendance bonusRM200
Working Time : 6 days
- Mon - Fri | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM ; Sat | 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Job Scope :
- Administrative tasks : Handling paperwork (Quotation, PO, DO & Invoice).
- Scheduling : Arranging work for technicians.
- Click in Data Entry.
- Stock & Store Management.
- Customer Service: Handling inquiries from walk-in customers and social media.
- The workload is varied, and another admin is available to share responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- At least 2-3 years work experience of related
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Education:
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative: 3 years (Preferred)
Language:
- Bahasa Malaysia (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
