Responsible, driving maintenance programs (including routine inspection, corrective and preventive activities) with a focus on system reliability, with the application of Best Practices and wide range of engineering principles and practices to:
Implement mandatory routine inspections in conformance to Standard Operating Procedures and reliability governance.
Support emergency (unscheduled) repairs or troubleshooting of facilities equipment, and close monitoring on facilities system performance, critical parameters and loading.
Lead emergency (unscheduled) repairs or troubleshooting of facilities equipment, and close monitoring on facilities system performance, critical parameters and loading.
Facilitate and administer reliability improvement projects including isolation and Testing and Commissioning, and other experimental simulations.
Perform routine maintenance on a variety of HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical System.
Carry out any others duties as and when given by immediate superiors.
Maintain all maintenance stock is in order e.g. bulb, fused, plumbing parts etc.
Interface directly with clients to identify and analyze critical needs, define problems, and develop specifications to guide the solution process.
Ensure the safety of electrical systems by testing and inspecting components for potential hazards.
Shift work is required
Qualifications: -
2-year electrical, technical, or related.
Completion of an electrical apprenticeship.
At least 2 years' experience as an electrical technician with Chargeman certification(AO/A1)
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills.
Experience operating hand and power tools, soldering and fault-testing equipment.
