Job Advertisement: Account & Admin Staff

Location: Taman Gaya
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Salary Range: RM 2,500 - RM 3,000
Benefits: EPF, SOCSO

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account & Admin Staff to join our team in Taman Gaya. If you have a passion for numbers, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and payroll.
• Manage administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Support the team with general office administration tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
