Kerja Kosong Operation Executive in Sungai Buloh
Description :
- To assist the Operation Manager who is overall in charge of and directly responsible for the planning, implementation, supervision and manage of the buildings.
- Attend to and act upon inquiries / complaints raised by residents with regards to property management and maintenance related matters
- Preparation of weekly / monthly maintenance report
- Ensuring the monthly management report from service providers
- Arranging for quotations for any repair work and other maintenance issues
- To carry out or implement any other duties as instructed
What we are looking for in this role?
- Diploma / Degree in Property / Real Estate Management
- Good communication skills, report writing skills, presentations
- Proficient in English language
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
