Job Summary:

Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Director, including managing communications, schedules, travel arrangements and confidential matters while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft acknowledgement letters, personal correspondences, circular and other task that facilitate the Director's effective communication across the Company.
• Maintain an organized system for tracking, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks and projects. Activity requires extensive collaboration with multiple parties, and handling of sensitive and confidential information.
• Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and implementing changes.
• Making and managing travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, immigration and specific requirements of the countries/places travelled to for Director and family members.
• Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the Director is well prepared for meetings.
• Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Office or Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English AND *Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
• Able to maintain confidentiality at all times and detail-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
