Jawatan Kosong Project Administrator in Petaling Jaya

Description :

• Working closely with project owners and technical team for order processing, logistic arrangement for project implementation.
• Working closely with project managers for manpower scheduling.
• Monitoring and ensuring projects progress on schedule and within budget.
• Maintaining all project documents - keeping project files for management review as and when needed.
• Handling stock control and documents related to accounts payable and receivables related to project activities.
• Providing weekly accurate progress reports and project costings and updates to the management
• Establishing work plans and adhering to Company's Standard operating procedures.
• Carrying out periodic inspections of project inventory, tools and equipment etc.
• Compiling and completing all project documentation.
• Overseeing the development of project schedules.
• Ensuring that the project complies with all contractual and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have at least 2 Year(s) of working experience in construction / contracting / engineering firm.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to be detailed minded and work diligently with minimum errors.
• Preferably candidate specialized in project management support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
