Content Creation

• Produce engaging visual and written content for social media platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Assist in the development of social media content calendars to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
• Source and curate user-generated content, as well as relevant industry news, articles, and trends for sharing on social media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content development with marketing campaigns, sales and promotions.
• Assisting cross functional teams with content creations and social media broadcasting.
• Utilize content creation tools (Adobe, Canva, Capcut, social media apps) for marketing content such as promo videos, shorts, sketches, memes, posters & banners.

Community management

• Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Monitor and report on key social media metrics to track the success of content and campaigns.
• Analyze data trends to make recommendations for improvements.
• Interact with audience to build brand loyalty and trust.

Trend and Platform Awareness

• Update social media trends, platform features, and emerging technologies.
• Explore new concepts for content curation and new approaches.

Requirements:

• Applicant must have minimum a Degree in Creative/ Marketing/ Communications/ Journalism/ Business Admin or equivalent.
• Applicant must have 1-2 years of content creations and social media management experience or similar.
• Applicant must possess creative thinking, attention to details and outgoing.
• Applican must be fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu for postings in these languages as well as engage with different communities.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00AM to 5.30PM.
• Selected applicant will work at Penerbitan Pelangi, Wisma Pelangi, Bangi.
