Description :
Job Duties:
Prepared export bills daily basis
Issue SBU’s invoices daily basis
Key in UBS System- SBU Invoices
Key in UBS System- Bank transaction for USD amount (USD Kulai, USD Singapore,Al-Rajhi & DBS Singapore) by monthly based on bank statement and document given.
Prepare monthly sales report.
Prepare report for sub con costing
Listed out monthly yarn u/p kgs based on report provided (Greige,WIP Printing,QA Lab/Packing)
Monthly report details on payment of Withholding Tax
Quarterly BNM report submission
Monthly expenses report add on ( Petty cash report, OFM WIP, Prepayment posting, fuel report )
Attend stock lot count
Prepare subcon buyer costing report
Ad-hoc given by management
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Senai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
- Accounts Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin (Preferred)
- Bahasa (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
