Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, oversee property sales activities, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage teams and close deals.

Salary: Basic + Commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed company targets in residential and/or commercial real estate.

• Recruit, train, and supervise real estate agents and sales staff.

• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support to improve productivity.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, property developers, and other stakeholders.

• Oversee marketing strategies and ensure property listings are effectively promoted across multiple platforms.

• Negotiate and finalize property deals in coordination with clients and agents.

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in real estate transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a real estate sales manager or senior real estate agent.

• In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and local property market.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in real estate CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
