Jawatan Kosong PRODUCTION TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR in Batu Kawan
Description :
- Supervise and coordinate activities for manufacturing team to ensure timely production and on-time shipment per schedule and production carried out as per required quality requirements.
- To handle and coordinate troubleshooting of existing process for out-of-control situations and out-of-specification situation.
- Lead and manage manufacturing planning for the development and implementation of the production line with related department
- To monitor process performance on qualified processes and establish good controls to maintain process performance.
- To oversee and ensure that all critical process parameters and work procedures are followed, updated and executed
- To ensure all aspect of an operations or process meet according to specific requirements.
- Work closely with technicians, line leaders, QA and operators on improving the machine efficiency, optimizing the process, quality issues, implement yield improvement and cost reduction programs.
- To prepare production reports and ensure all documentation and records related to production and technical are up to date.
- To ensure all preventive maintenance of machines are carried out and verified.
- To ensure up-keep of cleanroom and all facilities within production and packaging area.
- To support process validations and qualification of process
- Participate in risk management activities
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing environment
- Preferably experience in operations in medical / pharma manufacturing (GMP and Cleanroom environment)
- Good spoken and written English
- Able to wok independently and fast learner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
