Job Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist in coordinating company events, conferences, and workshops.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
