Job Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Assist in coordinating company events, conferences, and workshops.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
- Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
