Description :

Requirements:

• At least a recognized Diploma / Professional Certificate in Architecture or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably with involvement in high-rise hotel developments.
• Preferably accredited with CIDB's Site Supervisor (CSS) certification or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Able to read technical drawings and manage site workers.
• Possess valid CIDB Green Card and own transport.
• Work Location: Langkawi, Kedah

Responsibilities:

• Assist work progress from beginning until handover project.
• Monitoring and coordinating construction work at site especially on Architectural works.
• Ensure all work done in accordance to the specification in good workmanship practice and without delay on progress.
• Controlling of resources such materials and ensure all material and machinery delivered to site conform to the purchase order.
• Control and manage subcontractors at site.
• Ensure all workers comply with safety regulations on site.
• Prepare and submit proper record of site diary, site measurement and project progress report.
• Daily supervision and monitoring of workers, sub-con, machinery, materials at site.
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date record on all materials at site.

Job Type: Full-time

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Construction Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Site Supervisor Architectural: 3 years (Preferred)
