Requirements/Knowledge/Competencies:
- Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in electrical inspection with a focus on Diesel-Electric propulsion vessels.
- Education: Technical Diploma or Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications; Familiarity with electrical design software is a plus.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in electrical inspection and testing, with a specific emphasis on Diesel-Electric propulsion systems.
- Communication: Good communicating skills as it is required to communicate with various parties.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and propose effective solutions for electrical systems, particularly Diesel-Electric propulsion systems.
- Teamwork: Ability to work with various parties including onboard marine operation crews.
- Adaptability: Flexible working attitude and ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
