Customer Support Agent (Digital Banking)

We are looking for passionate individuals — both fresh graduates and experienced professionals — to join one of Malaysia’s leading Digital Banking companies. This is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,800 (Basic)

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • 1–2 years of Customer Service experience is an added advantage
  • Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Contact Centre environment is a plus
  • Willing to work weekends and 24/7 rotational shifts
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Experience handling Live Chat or Digital Customer Service channels is an advantage

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
