About Us

Aimsity is a company focused on empowering the next generation through technology and innovation. We conduct engaging tech programs for students aged 7–17, including Coding, AI, Game Development and other future-ready skills.

We are looking for a passionate and driven Trainer Lead who is able to lead teams, develop educational programs, and create impactful learning experiences for students.

Key Responsibilities

1. Instruction & Student Development

• Deliver engaging and interactive coding and technology lessons for students aged 7–17.
• Teach subjects such as Python, AI, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Scratch, and related STEAM programs.
• Adapt teaching approaches to suit different learning styles and student abilities.
• Monitor student progress and provide guidance to help students grow confidently.

2. Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, guide, and mentor trainers and education team members.
• Build and develop new teams as the company expands.
• Ensure trainers maintain teaching quality, professionalism, and deadlines.
• Manage team schedules, class arrangements, and operational coordination.
• Foster a positive, proactive, and collaborative team culture.

3. Curriculum Development

• Design, develop, and improve curriculum and instructional materials for technology programs.
• Ensure learning content remains relevant, engaging, and aligned with current industry trends.
• Continuously review and enhance teaching materials and classroom activities.

4. Program & Operations Management

• Oversee the implementation and execution of educational programs and workshops.
• Coordinate with internal teams, schools, tuition centres, and external partners.
• Ensure classes, events, and projects are conducted smoothly and effectively.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.

5. Parent & Partner Communication

• Update parents and relevant partners regarding student progress and program activities.
• Build strong relationships with parents, schools, and education partners.
• Handle communication professionally and effectively.

6. Leadership & Entrepreneurship

• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Possess an entrepreneurship mindset with initiative and ownership mentality.
• Contribute ideas for business growth, educational improvements, and new opportunities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Education, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in coding, STEAM, or technology education is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Passionate about working with children and teenagers.
• Able to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
• Willing to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with more than 2 years experience in teaching/ managing a team or similar fields/roles are encouraged to apply.

Bonus If You Have

• Experience leading education teams or managing trainers.
• Experience developing curriculum or educational content.
• Experience conducting workshops, competitions, or school programs.
• Knowledge in AI, Robotics, Game Development, or emerging technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM3,000 - RM4,000.00 per month

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
