Description :
Purpose
Responsible for supporting After Market Sales team in selling service consumables. Support Singapore customers.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the After Market Sales team in selling service consumables.
- Manage business partner relationships and dealers’ network, channel sales & marketing
- Achieve sales targets and coordinate service projects.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services.
- Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Submitting client quotations, follow-up and administering client accounts.
- Analyzing costs and sales and preparing reports.
- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Provide technical presentations and demonstrate on product to meet client needs
- Manage existing customers/dealers and search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential
- Routine sales travel to visit new and existing customers and attend relevant trade shows
- Any other jobs that might be relevant to this position.
Qualifications
- Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in laboratory sales-service; preferably a candidate with expertise in managing dealers
- Able to multitask and follow through with customers by organizing well on daily jobs
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Good persuasion skills and aptitude for communication
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and hands-on SAP will be an added advantage
- A team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Possess own transport able to travel to Singapore.
