About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our flour mill by handling maintenance, troubleshooting motor issues, conducting repairs, and performing welding and fitting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on flour mill equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot motor-related issues, ensuring timely repairs
• Conduct welding and fitting work to support maintenance and structural modifications
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance and production team to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
• Ensure all safety protocols and industry standards are strictly followed

Requirements:

• Diploma or SKM Level 3 or any other relevant qualifications on the same field.
• Experience in machinery maintenance, motor repairs, troubleshooting, welding, and fitting
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and safety regulations
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in maintenance, welding, or fitting would be an advantage
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
