About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional data analysis skills, fluency in multiple languages, and the ability to synthesize information from diverse sources. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting extensive data analyzation, evaluating data relevance, and translating findings into comprehensive English reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth data analyzation from diverse sources in Bahasa Malaysia and English languages to gather relevant data.
• Evaluate the credibility and relevancy of information obtained from different sources.
• Translate and synthesize data into comprehensive English reports while maintaining accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze findings and contribute to decision-making processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in global markets to ensure the accuracy and relevance of reports.
• Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to enhance data collection and analysis processes.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Linguistics, International Relations, Data Analytics, etc.).

- Proficiency in multiple languages with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one other language.

- Proven experience in research, data analysis, data cleaning, data manipulation and report generation.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex information.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in utilizing various research tools, databases, and analytical software

• Can work from 5AM - 1PM(SGT) Monday-Friday
• Can commit to being connected/online at all times during work hours to curate reports, and promptly answer queries, clarifications and feedback via messaging/communication tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a similar role within a multinational

- Familiarity with data visualization and presentation tools.

- Advanced proficiency in two or more languages

Recruitment Process:

Recruitment process:

• Application Submission: Applicants are required to complete the application form as a preliminary step in the screening process.
• Initial Test: Applicants who passed the screening will undergo a personality test.
• Initial Interview: Applicants who ace the personality test will be invited for an initial interview:
• Technical Assessment: Candidates who pass the initial interview will be invited to undertake a skill test.
• Final Interview: Successful candidates who pass the skill test will move on to the Final interview.
• Job Offer: The Job offer letter will be issued to the candidates who successfully passed the final interview.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM20,140.00 per month
