To achieve resort revenue
To ensure kitchen achieve yearly revenue and PAT
To schedule working hours to all employee, taking into consideration volume of expected business but being at all time to conserve labour cost
To responsible for the quality of food prepared. Constantly check the taste, temperature and visual appearance
In charge of preparation of all banquet, restaurant and any event
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,951.09 per month
