I
n your new role you will: A

• cts as support and service provider for Procurement related processes, methods or projects. I
• s responsible for service/good delivery according to service level/KPI. D
• rive the quotation processes, define evaluation criteria, identify and select suppliers, execute the evaluation process, refine and validate sourcing and purchasing options, manage buy-in of key stakeholders A
• pplies and optimizes/automates processes or performs services based on a framework, to ensure compliance with internal and external rules and regulations. R
• eporting of results monthly/quarterly to control the measurable activities against the planned figures. I
• nteracts with relevant stakeholders in- and outside PROC e.g. process owners, partner functions (e.g. IT, ACT, BC) or suppliers to ensure best in class service or support. I
• nterdisciplinary working group/project work to inform oneself, exert influence accordingly and optimize internal processes and procedures. R
• ecommend process improvements and develops continuous improvement tools.

Y
ou are best equipped for this task if you have: B

• achelor Degree in Business Management or Supply Chain Management or a related field R
• elevant experience in SAP , Ariba or other tools is preferred H
• igh level of inter-personal skill for internal and external communication C
• ommunication skills in Mandarin and Chinese
