About the Role:

We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented SSHE Assistant to be based at our Labuan Branch. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in safety practices, a good work attitude, and the ability to complete tasks within deadlines as assigned by the SSHE Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring all SSHE activities at the Labuan branch and PFLNG Supply Base
• Ensure strict compliance with PETRONAS HSE Guidelines, DOSH regulations, and internal SSHE policies
• Monitor and enforce SSHE standards for Petronas 3PL logistics operations
• Conduct site inspections, incident investigations, risk assessment, and emergency response drills
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, reports, and records for audits and client reviews
• Engage with client representatives and regulatory bodies when necessary
• Participate in regular safety briefings, campaigns, and training programs

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or related discipline
• Attended OSH-Coordinator Course or equivalent qualifications
• Strong knowledge of local regulations (DOSH, DOE, APAD ICOP, etc.)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SSHE or related roles (logistics/oil & gas)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (reporting, documentation, presentations)
• Good working attitude, punctual, responsible, and eager to learn
• Ability to deliver tasks on time and follow through until completion
• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend jobs

Work Location: In person
