Jawatan Kosong QA Technician in Kamunting

Description :

Responsibilities :

• Reports to Quality Assurance Supervisor
• To perform daily inspection visual or using QA Equipment-Calliper, CMM, Laser Scan etc activities assigned byimmediate superior
• To input all inspection data into inspection check sheet and get approval from supervisor
• Report to Supervisor and relevant parties for non-conformity detected.
• Ensure measuring tools and equipment used are calibrated & safekeeping
• To keep and maintain inspection records in proper manner and tidy all the time
• Liaise with Production for quick turnaround of work in progress for clearance
• Daily update on Daily QA Report
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5's
• Maintain consistent application of company policies, procedures and shop floor rules.
• Adhere to all application Occupational Safety and health laws and regulation as well as such standard practices and procedures instituted by the Company.
• Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by Department.

Requirement / Qualification :

• Minimum SPM & above in Mechanical or related field.
• 2 years related working experience in Quality Environment
• Computer literate.
• Preferred experience with QA equipment.
• Knowledge in handling CMM will be added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
