Description :
Responsibilities:
- Create and approve a comprehensive manpower plan for the company.
- Monitor and report on manpower-related activities, ensuring projected plans are followed and discrepancies are addressed.
- Stay updated on local and global HR manpower strategies and suggest improvements.
- Handle recruitment and onboarding, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and orientation sessions.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, including employee progress tracking.
- Manage performance appraisals and support managers and employees.
- Contribute to HR policy development and implementation.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in HR or training, especially in retail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRDC portal.
- Confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Passion for learning and development.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
