Kerja Kosong Property Sales Admin Housing Construction Property in Melaka
Description :
- Attend to phone enquiries and walk in customer and closing sales. (By project)
- Liaise with the purchasers, end-financiers and solicitors on the SPA signing, loan application and other legal documentation matters.
- Coordinate and participate on road shows and event launches.
- Conduct market study & competitors’ analysis.
- Assist all matter, relate to the marketing collateral, social media and any advertising relate matter.
- Ensure the sales gallery and show unit(s) are in good and presentable condition.
- Assist in project handing over (VP)
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by superior
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales documents, agreements, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with lawyers, bankers, and clients for property transaction processes.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales tracking, and project databases.
- Handle booking forms, sales & purchase agreements (SPA), and loan documentation.
- Respond to client inquiries and follow up on required documents.
- Prepare reports for management on sales status and client progress.
- Liaise with other departments (e.g., finance, legal, marketing) to ensure smooth property handover.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
