Job Overview:

We are looking for a versatile employee with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Applicants should be able to assist the company with office tasks, provide courteous and professional assistance via phone, mail and e-mail, arrange matters related to foreign workers or travel arrangements, and generally present a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Job Descriptions:

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, and setting up for meetings.
  • Assisting writing minutes of meetings (if any).
  • Follow up and ensure all foreign workers working permit and passport are valid during their employment in Malaysia.
  • Ensure all foreign worker documents being updated and filled.
  • Maintain proper data on all types of transaction, including matter related Fomema, passport, work permit, special pass, renewal, socso etc.
  • Main point of contact to handle all immigration matter related to foreign worker and work closely with the plantations representative in regards to foreign worker.
  • Collaborate with plantations managers, HR departments, and relevant stakeholders to understand future needs of foreign worker.
  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Assisting in arranging signatories for directors' resolutions and recording/filing of secreaterial documents.
  • Any other duties that assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree, diploma, certificate in a related field.
  • 1-2 years working experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft office.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters.
  • Exceptional filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Familiar with the Immigration process of foreign worker will be added advantages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality & strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of basic accounts is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
