Description :

• Knowledge in Strata Management Act 757
• Minium of 3-4 years experience in property Management is advantage
• Able to prepare monthly reports, defect reports related checklist and

presentations

• Able to prepare minutes and reports for meeting
• To ensure all licenses or contract required by the law or related Act to be

renewed on time.

• To prepare, coordinate and compile all required documents and report for

Council Meeting, AGM and EGM.

• To implement debt recovery action deem fit against any defaulters.
• Responsible for the day to day of the coordinate with operation team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill , Letter/ Memo Writing,

Presentations & etc

• Able to work with tight deadlines
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Possess strong leadership, self-driven, and ability to work well in a team
