KJ Group MY is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high standards of professionalism, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and messages in a professional manner.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked, office equipment is properly maintained, and general office upkeep is well managed.
  • Maintain office cleanliness, tidiness, and ensure safety precautions are observed.
  • Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and summaries as required by management.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and external stakeholders for operational and administrative needs.
  • Handle sensitive company information with discretion and in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with at least two (2) years of relevant administrative experience will have an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • High attention to detail with a strong level of accuracy.
  • Self-motivated, fast learner, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
