Kerja Kosong HR Admin Assistant in Kemaman
Description :
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process such as identify and selection candidate, make advertisement, interview session
- Prepare Letter of Appointment / Contract for new hire
- Conduct Orientation Training for new hire
- Assist to prepare memorandums, letter of announcements or any other related documents as requires
- Track employees probation period, confirmation, end of contract, retirement and prepare letters accordingly
- Check employee claims
- Monitor and record employee leave and overtime.
- Responsible for monthly salary calculation
- Responsible to answer employees’ queries on HR related matters.
- Assist Head of Department on performance evaluation of staff performance and to advice subordinate in regard to workers’ responsibility, attendance and other human relation affairs.
Requirement
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working experience in HR field
- Experience in handling SQL / Timesoft payroll software
Job Types: Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
Experience:
- Human Resources: 3 years (Preferred)
