Kerja Kosong HR Admin Assistant in Kemaman

Description :

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process such as identify and selection candidate, make advertisement, interview session
  • Prepare Letter of Appointment / Contract for new hire
  • Conduct Orientation Training for new hire
  • Assist to prepare memorandums, letter of announcements or any other related documents as requires
  • Track employees probation period, confirmation, end of contract, retirement and prepare letters accordingly
  • Check employee claims
  • Monitor and record employee leave and overtime.
  • Responsible for monthly salary calculation
  • Responsible to answer employees’ queries on HR related matters.
  • Assist Head of Department on performance evaluation of staff performance and to advice subordinate in regard to workers’ responsibility, attendance and other human relation affairs.

Requirement

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in HR field
  • Experience in handling SQL / Timesoft payroll software

Job Types: Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

  • Kemaman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Experience:

  • Human Resources: 3 years (Preferred)
