Scope of Duties
- Supervise housekeeping employees, plan and assign work assignments, give training for newly recruited employees, audit and inspect housekeeping personal work assignments and requisition supplies.
- Reports to Executive Housekeeper
- Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire Hotel.
- Ensure that rooms are made as per company standards.
- Maintenance of par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniform.
- Prepare reports for management information.
- Attending and resolving guest complaints immediately.
- Organise on-the-job training and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Work and liaise closely with Engineering and/or contractors on property defects and preventive maintenance.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 Years (s) of working experience in the related field of which at least 1 year in a senior or leadership role is required for this position.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Knowledge of Property Management System.
- Candidate must possess good interpersonal and communication skills to give clear, concise instructions.
- Well-developed leadership skills, proactive work style, team worker and able to work under pressure.
- Positive work attitude, strong discipline, responsible.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,360.00 per month
