- Ensures compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Cultivates a strong guest-centric culture, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Resolves guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Builds strong relationships with guests to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Maximizes room occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
- Provides ongoing coaching and mentorship to staff.
- Fosters a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conducts regular inspections of the hotel property and guest rooms to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Implements quality control measures to enhance guest satisfaction.
