Description :
Storekeeping
- Take full responsibility for the overall management and administration of the project store.
- Maintain proper records of all materials, tools, equipment and inventory at site.
- Key in and update store inventory records from time to time, including stock-in, stock-out, balance stock and material movement, as and when required by the Company.
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortage, wastage, damage or discrepancy to the Project Manager or relevant superior.
- Coordinate with internal sites or project personnel to arrange inter-site material transfers, delivery schedules and receiving arrangements.
- Ensure all material transfers are properly recorded and supported with relevant documents, photographs and acknowledgement by receiving parties.
- Ensure materials are properly stored, labelled, protected and handled in accordance with site requirements and safety standards.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
