Jawatan Kosong HR CLERK in Kuantan

Description :

  • Maintain and update employee personal files, records, and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR documents such as letters, memos, contracts, and forms.
  • Assist in payroll data entry and leave records management.
  • Handle general HR correspondence and filing.
  • Assist in posting job advertisements and screening applications.
  • Schedule interviews and prepare interview materials.
  • Support onboarding process for new hires (preparing offer letters, orientation schedules, etc.).
  • Assist in handling employee queries on HR policies and procedures.
  • Help organize staff welfare activities, events, and training sessions.
  • Ensure proper documentation for statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax, etc.).
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports for management.
  • Support HR executives and managers in daily operations.
  • Perform any other related tasks as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
