Jawatan Kosong HR CLERK in Kuantan
Description :
- Maintain and update employee personal files, records, and HR databases.
- Prepare HR documents such as letters, memos, contracts, and forms.
- Assist in payroll data entry and leave records management.
- Handle general HR correspondence and filing.
- Assist in posting job advertisements and screening applications.
- Schedule interviews and prepare interview materials.
- Support onboarding process for new hires (preparing offer letters, orientation schedules, etc.).
- Assist in handling employee queries on HR policies and procedures.
- Help organize staff welfare activities, events, and training sessions.
- Ensure proper documentation for statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax, etc.).
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports for management.
- Support HR executives and managers in daily operations.
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
