Jawatan Kosong sales coordinator in Puchong
Description :
- To assist sales person and compile all CRM data and revenue
- Perform bookkeeping and keep track of inventory
- Liaise with customers or suppliers and inter-department communication on enquiries, orders, invoicing or other feedback
- Responsible for billing process , issuance of Sales Order, Delivery Order & Invoices
- Ensure data, invoices, statements and other documentation are accurate and in order
- Provide sales admin and service support
- Lead regular inventory control. Conduct monthly stock count with high accuracy. Report any discrepancies.
- Label, organize, cleaning store and rack systematically.
- Issues store documents and filing.
- Assist and support store management in running the store successfully.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, safety, hygiene, and regulations.
- Any other ad hoc assignment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
