Kerja Kosong Maintenance Coordinator in Seri Kembangan

Description :

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all tasks are completed with a high quality of work, with particular attention to guest related jobs
  • Monitor the daily jobs of all technician
  • Follow up on periodical maintenance and documentation
  • Ensure all engineering related administrative tasks, projects and responsibilities being completed
  • Source new companies and supplies and get quotations for external jobs or supplies
  • Coordinate the schedules for the maintenance team
  • Schedule appointments with external companies whenever needed
  • Assist with all maintenance related requests
  • Need to assist other department in administrative function whenever needed (if there is no urgent task to be completed)

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working as an administrative assistant, preferably with a technical background
  • Having experience in the hotel industry would be an advantage
  • Able to prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
