n your new role you will: P

• rovide and keep up-to-date HR Talent Development Services Data Reports and Statistics to internal and external parties P
• erform routine training administrative tasks to ensure HR training processes are completed accurately, and on time, and in accordance with established HR business processes. H
• uman Resource Development Fund (HRD Corp) administration (applications and claims, advice on HRDC matters and latest circulars).

ou are best equipped for this task if you have: B

• achelor Degree of Human Resource/ Business Administration or related studies P
• ossesses Good and Hands-on Knowledge and Skills in HR Learning systems (SAP, Success Factor) P
• roficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint G
• ood Problem Solving Skills A
• rticulate and meticulous D
• iplomatic and sensitive communication with knowledge of intercultural differences N
