Jawatan Kosong Junior Purchasing Admin Kitchen Clerk in Ipoh
Description :
- Process daily Purchase Order (Pos) and purchase requests from outlets and departments.
- Follow up with suppliers on order confirmation, delivery status, and lead times.
- Coordinate with kitchen and admin teams to monitor stock levels and pending deliveries.
- Maintain and file procurement documentation (POs, invoices, DOs, GRN)
- Support ad-hoc requests from kitchen or outlet teams in stock issue.
- Assist in kitchen AM/PM rounds
- Checking Kitchen and upgrade sop / staff / cleanliness at kitchen
- Do kitchen schedule (backup)
- Participate in stock counts or spot checks if required by kitchen/purchasing teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
