• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally, or escalating them when necessary.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Handle customer communication via phone, email, and WhatsApp, providing necessary information and assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service to all customers.
• Liaise with internal sales personnel to prepare and send quotations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
