Job Summary:
The Medical Laboratory Scientist Intern will assist in daily laboratory work and gain hands-on experience under supervision while following laboratory safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving and preparing specimens
- Help perform basic laboratory tests under supervision
- Operate laboratory equipment according to SOPs
- Record and document test results accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the laboratory
- Follow laboratory policies, safety, and confidentiality rules
Requirements:
- Student or graduate from a science-related background (Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields)
- Willing to learn and follow instructions
- Able to work well in a team
- 3-6 months acceptable
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Work Location: In person
