Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily security operations at client sites.
- Prepare duty schedules and ensure guards’ attendance and discipline.
- Conduct regular and spot site inspections.
- Handle client complaints and provide prompt feedback.
- Prepare daily patrol and monthly operation reports.
- Assist in the recruitment and placement of security personnel.
- Act as liaison between the company and clients on all security matters.
Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen, male only.
- Age between 25–45 years old.
- Possess a valid D driving license and own transport.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in security operations or related field.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
Work Location: In person
