Account Assistant

Job Description:

  • Assist with processing and recording financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain complete and accurate accounting records.
  • Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Perform ad-hoc task that may be assigned by manager.

Requirements

  • · Diploma or Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
  • · Knowledge with QNE Business Solutions Database
  • · Computer literate in MS word, excel, etc.
  • · Proficient in both written & spoken(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Mandarin will be a plus.
  • · Candidate must be highly self-discipline & able to work independently.
  • · Full-time position(s) available
  • · Malaysian only
  • Working location at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
