Description :
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately key in stock information into the system
- Update and maintain inventory records regularly
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies
- Verify stock data for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare simple stock reports when required
- Coordinate with warehouse or operations team on stock updates
- Assist in stock-taking and inventory audits
- Perform filing, documentation, and other general administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel or similar systems preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Responsible, punctual, and able to meet deadlines
- Prior administrative or inventory experience is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
