We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Commis and Demi Chefs to join our team! Whether you’re a recent culinary graduate or have a few years of experience, we welcome you to apply. This role is ideal for individuals who are ready to hone their skills under the guidance of our experienced mentors and contribute to our dynamic kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Support the Head Chef and other kitchen staff in daily operations
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards
• Prepare ingredients and manage portion sizes as directed
• Participate in learning sessions and apply new techniques as taught by mentors

Qualifications:

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, or a related field
• Passionate about food and eager to learn
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
