ADMIN
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must know Chinese language
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
- Must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in office administration or relevant field is preferred
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must be organized and detailed oriented
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiar with basic computer operation and file handling
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Ensure the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
