Position Summary

At TC Garden Resort, our Front Office is the heart of guest service. As the Front Office Supervisor, you will oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and excellent guest experiences. You’ll lead and guide the FO team, handle escalations, and work closely with other departments to deliver the warm, professional service that defines our resort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support front office team members, ensuring efficient and friendly guest service.
  • Oversee daily operations including check-in, check-out, reservations, guest inquiries, and billing.
  • Act as the main point of contact for handling guest complaints or special requests.
  • Ensure compliance with resort standards, SOPs, and service protocols.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and encourage a welcoming, hospitable atmosphere.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Prepare and review daily reports on occupancy, guest feedback, and revenue.
  • Manage staff schedules to ensure proper shift coverage.
  • Maintain accurate records of payments, deposits, and accounting-related tasks at the FO desk.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of front office experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of hotel/resort front office systems (PMS, reservations software, etc.).
  • Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
